Our positioning
Zhongchun builds methanol fuel supply and operations capability starting from heavy-duty transport: connecting upstream supply, warehousing and distribution, vehicles and refuelling, and developing on the basis of real transactions, verifiable assets and sound governance.
We enter the industry with an asset-light coordination model: no self-built production capacity — we focus on client operations, supply organisation and fulfilment services, delivering reliably with less fixed investment and shorter collection cycles.
Near term, we stand on client repeat purchases and operating cash flow; mid term, we build regional replication capability; longer term, and only where evidence is sufficient, we participate in low-carbon fuel services and quality operating assets.
Entity & brand note
Work on unifying the corporate entity and brand is under way. This website currently uses "Zhongchun" as a working brand name; the registered entity, official English name and trademark details will be updated once verified. The contracting party for any agreement is the entity on the signed documents.
How we work
Contract before delivery
Each party's contributions, returns and responsibilities go into executable contracts; unconfirmed intentions do not enter delivery.
Traceable records
Delivery, reconciliation and collection records are kept end to end and open to client and institutional verification.
Clear boundaries
Running services, planned services and future plans are stated separately, with planned items labelled as such.
Team setup
The core team is being formed. The roles below describe the planned setup; appointees will be disclosed as hiring and business progress.
Head of operations
Overall operations, clients and major cooperation decisions. Profile: long-standing energy or logistics experience.
Supply chain & safety lead
Procurement, warehousing and distribution, safety management. Profile: hazardous-goods trading or logistics compliance background.
Finance & credit lead
Funding, credit and internal controls. Profile: able to design independent credit authority — sales cannot override.
Client operations lead
Fleet delivery, reconciliation and reviews. Profile: B2B key-account service experience.
Current stage
The company is at the regional validation and preparation stage: running services are those confirmed in written plans and contracts; pilot validation, regional replication and green fuel services are planned items, labelled as such on the relevant pages. We do not present plans as achievements.
