1. Information we collect

Information you voluntarily submit via the contact form: enquiry type, company/organisation, business email, country or region, description of your requirement, and optionally name, phone, expected start date and fleet size range. We do not collect identity documents, bank details, full contracts or sensitive business documents through public forms — please do not submit such information there.

2. How we use it

Solely to handle and respond to your enquiry, assign the right contact person, and — where you have opted in — send information related to your enquiry. We do not sell this information or use it for unrelated marketing.

3. Storage and retention

Enquiry records are kept in access-restricted system logs, viewable only by authorised follow-up staff. Retention is limited to the period needed to handle the enquiry and reasonable record-keeping, after which data is deleted or anonymised.

4. Sharing and disclosure

We do not share your personal information with third parties except as necessary to handle your enquiry (e.g. the assigned contact viewing it) or as required by law.

5. Your rights

This website uses HTTPS for encrypted transmission; forms include anti-abuse measures; backend access follows the least-privilege principle.
