Responsibilities

  • Asset ownership, permit obligations, safety responsibilities and daily operations are confirmed in writing per project.
  • Storage and handling permits, fire and environmental requirements follow the competent authorities at the project location.
  • Project returns depend on actual utilisation and operating quality; returns are evaluated item by item with no universal payback promise.
  • Joint ventures are one discussable structure, not a claim that every project is a JV.

FAQ

Can an existing filling station be converted?

Each site needs individual review of its conditions, permit scope and safety assessment. For qualifying sites we issue a written evaluation covering the conversion plan and investment boundary.

How are refuelling station returns calculated?

They depend on location, traffic and utilisation, and are evaluated item by item. We do not promise a universal payback period, and the assumptions behind every calculation are fully disclosed.

How is safety responsibility divided?

Per the project agreement: asset owner, operator and fuel supplier each carry their defined responsibilities, with veto power over major safety matters.
